I think my cauliflower florets were just a tad too big, and I may have added a bit too much of the tumeric and oil, only because my cauliflower was a very large head and I thought that I may have needed to adjust the measurements.... but with all that said, it did turn out really good.
I used this recipe served with a cheese sauce, as we were having platter's and I thought this would be good for the vegetarians and G/F guests.
This was such an easy recipe to make and with the cheese sauce it just disappeared before my eyes!
