Step by Step Method

Step 1

Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl then pour on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Step 2

Place in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 30 minutes.

The timing is perfect - 30 minutes and the cauliflower is still crisp - just the way we like it. I cut the recipe in half but kept the garlic at 1 large clove. This is so healthy and so good. Goes into my favorite veggie recipes 26 August 19 . Of course I made this again it is so delicious!recipes. It not only tastes great but is very attractive on your plate.

I think my cauliflower florets were just a tad too big, and I may have added a bit too much of the tumeric and oil, only because my cauliflower was a very large head and I thought that I may have needed to adjust the measurements.... but with all that said, it did turn out really good. I used this recipe served with a cheese sauce, as we were having platter's and I thought this would be good for the vegetarians and G/F guests. This was such an easy recipe to make and with the cheese sauce it just disappeared before my eyes! Great recipe Bea and this cauliflower worked so well with cheese sauce.

Wowsers-doesn't get much easier and made a great side to a curry dinner. Putting it on parchment made clean-up a snap. I think I could eat this like popcorn!
