Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2

Toss all ingredients in a medium bowl.

Step 3

Arrange potatoes on rimmed baking sheet.

Step 4

Roast 20 minutes, reduce oven temp to 400 degrees F and continue to roast for and 30 minutes or until potato wedges are tender and done.

I mixed the potatoes, oil and sea salt together and tossed them in my actifry and let them cook for 25 minutes. Super simple and tasty.

Very tasty, make sure you get the oil all over. Some of ours didn't get coated enough and were a bit dry, but the ones that were coated well were golden and delicious. Thanks Ellie! Made for Billboard Tag Game Nov 2014
