"This recipe was in a Cooking Pleasure magazine and it is fabulous. The natural sugars in the grapes start to carmelize, deepening the colour and adding a rich flavour. I like to choose small attractive bunches of red grapes. You may also remove the grapes from the vine and do them separately then arranging them nicely on the cheese platter."
