Step 1: Heat the oven to 500f
Step 2: Lighly spray the grapes with oil. If you are doing them off the vine place them in a plastic bag and drizzle in the oil to coat them evenly
Step 3: Place on a baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until the color deepens and just before the skins split
Step 4: Cool and decorate your cheese platteer with them
