Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375-degrees F.

Step 2

Place the carrots, orange juice, honey, and dillweed in a bowl, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss well to mix. Spray a small baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Turn the carrot mixture into the prepared baking dish. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 35 minutes, until the carrots are tender when tested with a fork. Taste for seasoning.

Tasty carrots! I enjoyed the citrus, honey, dill flavors. I loved how hands-off this recipe was after popping it into the oven. I did cook mine for an additional 10 minutes since some of my carrots were pretty thick. We enjoyed this side dish. Thanks!

These carrots are so delicious! Used honey from a friend's hive and freshly squeezed orange juice, a match made in heaven! DH and I ate it all! Mr picky Czech was happy guy . I cooked this in air fryer with a parchment liner ,fem if you haven't tried those you gotta get you some very good side dish
