Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

In a medium sized saucepan over medium heat,add margarine and melt.

Step 3

Add flour and stir until light in color and flour taste has cooked out.

Step 4

Stir in half & half, a little at a time until desired thickness is reached.

Step 5

Remove from heat, and add Velveeta a little at a time stirring until completely melted.

Step 6

Place potatoes in pan with cheese sauce,gently stir until potatoes are well covered.

Step 7

Place into a 2 quart baking dish which has been prepared with cooking spray.

Step 8

Top with shredded cheese & paprika, then bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.

These are some good eatin! I loved the creamy cheesy sauce it makes. It went so good with some kielbasa I cooked up!
