Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter or margarine.
Step 2
Add marshmallows; stir until melted and well blended.
Step 3
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Step 4
Add cereal, stirring until coated.
Step 5
Using a lightly buttered spatula, press into a buttered 13 x 9 inch pan and allow to cool.
Step 6
Cut into 24 squares.
