"I always have an abundance of raspberries in the summer months and this is one great way to put them to use. Note: I use my home-made raspberry jam, but you may use store bought or your own favorite preserves. Feel free to add raisins/craisins/nuts/seeds as desired."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a microwave safe dish mix together the brown sugar, oil, and honey.
Step 2
Bring to a boil. About 1 minute.
Step 3
Remove and add jam.
Step 4
In a large bowl combine oats, flax meal and the sugar/oil/raspberry mixture.
Step 5
Stir until oats are well coated and everything is combined.
Step 6
Spread into a greased 11x15 jelly roll pan.
Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Stir, turn off oven and put granola back into oven for 3-4 hours. The heat left in the oven will finish cooking this.
