Step 1: In a microwave safe dish mix together the brown sugar, oil, and honey.
Step 2: Bring to a boil. About 1 minute.
Step 3: Remove and add jam.
Step 4: In a large bowl combine oats, flax meal and the sugar/oil/raspberry mixture.
Step 5: Stir until oats are well coated and everything is combined.
Step 6: Spread into a greased 11x15 jelly roll pan.
Step 7: Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 8: Stir, turn off oven and put granola back into oven for 3-4 hours. The heat left in the oven will finish cooking this.
Step 9: Remove from oven and let cool.
Step 10: Store in an airtight container. (I keep mine in the freezer in a gallon size ziplock freezer bag.)
