"I wasn`t sure what to call this so I`m calling it ranch, no matter what it`s called it a really great dressing for salads or a dip, leave it in the fridge to allow flavors to blend for a few hours before you use it. This makes about 1 1/4 cup"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl until very well combined.

Transfer to a glass jar with lid.
Step 3
Refrigerate one or more hours before using, and taste to adjust seasonings after dressing.
Step 4
For a thicker dip: increase sour cream by 1/4 cup (or, conversely, add more milk, a little at a time if a thinner consistency is desired).
Step 5
Shake well before each use.
