"I got this recipe from a friend and loved it! I think it's pretty healthy and it's a new twist on slaw! I used a sugar blend of Splenda and white sugar. I also use sunflower oil or light tasting olive. These 2 things and the spices and seasonings are optional."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Put broccoli mix, and onions in medium bowl.
Step 2
In small saucepan add the vinegar, celery salt, and oil. Stir and bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes and remove from heat.
Step 3
Add remaining seasonings and spices, mix well.
Step 4
Pour over the broccoli mix and mix well.
Step 5
Cover and refrigerate several hours or over night.
Step 6
Mix well again before serving.
Tips
- Medium bowl, small saucepan, spoons
- Optional additions:
- 1/4 cup fine chopped onion
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon caraway seed
