Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook the pasta until al dente; drain and set aside
Step 2
In a skillet melt butter over medium-high heat; add in onion and celery then cook until softened (about 3 minutes).
Step 3
Add in garlic; cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add in peas or corn and stir until heated through.
Step 5
Reduce heat to medium then mix in the soft cream cheese, light cream or milk and pinch cayenne pepper stirring until smooth and combined.
Step 6
Mix in the tuna and Parmesan cheese until combined, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Add in the pasta to the skillet and toss to combine, then serve immediately.
