Step 1: Cook the pasta until al dente; drain and set aside
Step 2: In a skillet melt butter over medium-high heat; add in onion and celery then cook until softened (about 3 minutes).
Step 3: Add in garlic; cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Add in peas or corn and stir until heated through.
Step 5: Reduce heat to medium then mix in the soft cream cheese, light cream or milk and pinch cayenne pepper stirring until smooth and combined.
Step 6: Mix in the tuna and Parmesan cheese until combined, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 7: Add in the pasta to the skillet and toss to combine, then serve immediately.
