Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat a large non stick skillet over medium-high heat

Cook the sausages for apprx 6 minutes each side or until done

Remove from skillet and keep warm.

Drain the skillet

Add peppers, onions and dresswing

Cook stir fry for about 5 minutes

Stir ib tomatoes, simmer 5 minutes

Cut sausages lengthwise - do not separate the halves
