I had the recipe for Libby's Pumpkin Pie but wanted to try another recipe and came upon this one. I doubled the recipe to make a deep dish pie and then put the rest that was left over into dessert cups. This is a great tasting pie and one that I will make again soon!

Pumpkin pie is a must at Thanksgiving and I knew where to go to find just what I was looking for! This is a delicious pie with deep flavors from the spices. Those that ate it loved it and requested it for Christmas too, so you know what I am going to be doing again soon!
