Yum, yum! Came out so tasty and we all Loved the vinegary buttery sauce. Used cilantro in place of the parsley which I upped a bit as well as the shallots and cream. Came out so delicous and pared so very well with the mild salmon. Thank you, Dienia, for sharing!
