  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley,minced
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • Sauce:
  • 1/8 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons shallots,finely minced
  • 2 ounces butter,cold
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoons heavy cream,optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Step 2: Season salmon with salt pepper and parsley to taste

  • Step 3: Heat pan with oil

  • Step 4: Place skin side up in hot pan

  • Step 5: Sear 3 minutes

  • Step 6: Turn over and place in 350 degree oven 7 minutes

  • Step 7: Meanwhile

  • Step 8: Reduce vinegar and shallots

  • Step 9: Add cold butter pieces

  • Step 10: Whisking

  • Step 11: To get a sauce consistency

  • Step 12: Season to taste

  • Step 13: Add fresh lemon juice

  • Step 14: Now cream isnt added in their recipe but it is in most Beurre Blanc sauces you choose

  • Step 15: Whisk in

  • Step 16: They pour a little over salmon and have dish on the side
