Step by Step Method
Step 1
In large covered pot, boil the ham hocks in salted boiling water for 60 minutes until soft.
Step 2
Then add the greens cover and simmer until soft.
Step 3
Drain.
Step 4
Remove bones from ham hocks chop add back with the greens.
Step 5
Season to taste.
