Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cut eggs in half and set aside.

Step 2

Put egg yolks in food processor and add all ingredients.

Step 3

Process for 20 seconds or until mixture has blended.

Step 4

Check for taste and increase mustard, salt or Habanero sauce if desired.

Step 5

Place mixture in piping bag with star tip and pipe into egg halves.

Step 6

Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.

Step 7

Chill for about an hour before serving.

We loved the addition of habanero sauce...I added extra...we like the heat...I also added more mayo because I felt it was on the dry side...but that could be due to me cutting the recipe down to 3 eggs...thanks for sharing the recipe...made for "Billboard" tag game...
