Step by Step Method
Step 1
Season the beef to taste.
Step 2
Heat oil in stock pot, and brown beef, add onions and cook until translucent.
Step 3
Add celery, tomato paste and paprika, don't burn.
Step 4
Add beef stock, bouillon and tomatoes.
Step 5
Simmer for 2 hours until beef is tender.
Step 6
Add vegetable mix.
Step 7
Simmer 1 hour more adding water as needed.
Step 8
Add slurry mix at end and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 9
Season to taste.
