Step 1: Season the beef to taste.
Step 2: Heat oil in stock pot, and brown beef, add onions and cook until translucent.
Step 3: Add celery, tomato paste and paprika, don't burn.
Step 4: Add beef stock, bouillon and tomatoes.
Step 5: Simmer for 2 hours until beef is tender.
Step 6: Add vegetable mix.
Step 7: Simmer 1 hour more adding water as needed.
Step 8: Add slurry mix at end and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 9: Season to taste.
