"My friends seem to really like this salad - they always ask me to bring the Potato salad on our picnics. If you like it creamier add another 1/4 cup mayo. Cook time for the potatoes not included. Remember if you are taking this on a picnic keep it cold in a cooler. Anything with Mayo spoils easily"
