Step 1
Scrub the potatoes and cut into medium sized chunks, leaving the skin on.
Step 2
Boil in salted water until fork tender. Drain and return to the pot; return pot to warm burner. Add the rest of the ingredients and roughly mash with a hand masher leaving some lumps. Keep warm over burner until ready to serve.
Step 3
Serve with more butter if desired.
