It is very plain and for my taste I would use real garlic and add some chili powder to the loin. Cook time does not include the 10 minute rest time."

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F.
Step 2
Bring an oven safe skillet sprayed with olive oil to a high heat on the stove.

Season the pork with sage & garlic powder.

Season with salt & pepper.

Sear on all sides until very well browned.
Step 6
Add Onions & Apples.
Step 7
Place in oven, uncovered.
Step 8
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160f.
Step 9
Remove from oen, cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 10
Slice the pork & serve with the apples & Onions.
