"This recipe was printed on Hungry Girl. It is easy and very good on the calories. People will think you worked much harder than you did to produce this tasty recipe. It is very plain and for my taste I would use real garlic and add some chili powder to the loin. Cook time does not include the 10 minute rest time."
Preheat oven to 425F.
Bring an oven safe skillet sprayed with olive oil to a high heat on the stove.
Season the pork with sage & garlic powder.
Season with salt & pepper.
Sear on all sides until very well browned.
Add Onions & Apples.
Place in oven, uncovered.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160f.
Remove from oen, cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.
Slice the pork & serve with the apples & Onions.
