Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin (trimmed of all fat)
  • 3 cups chopped apples
  • 3 cups yellow onion chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425F.

  • Step 2: Bring an oven safe skillet sprayed with olive oil to a high heat on the stove.

  • Step 3: Season the pork with sage & garlic powder.

  • Step 4: Season with salt & pepper.

  • Step 5: Sear on all sides until very well browned.

  • Step 6: Add Onions & Apples.

  • Step 7: Place in oven, uncovered.

  • Step 8: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160f.

  • Step 9: Remove from oen, cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.

  • Step 10: Slice the pork & serve with the apples & Onions.
