After seeing QueenBea's wonderful photos of this recipe, I knew I had to make it.So on 3/31/13, I made it for our Easter dinner. I also did the same as QueenBea, a bit of garlic powder was added.Since I don't own a roasting pan,a little improvising had to be done. I took a 11x9 inch pan, rolled up a bit of aluminum foil into balls, placed the balls into the pan and the seasoned roast was placed on top.For the baking time, it took about an hour and 20 minutes.Even though the seasonings were simple, it was a very wonderful part of our Easter dinner. Thank you so much for posting. " Keep Smiling :) "

QueenBea

I made this adding a bit of garlic powder and DH and I really enjoyed this. This turned out moist and tender. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag game.
