"This is a recipe by Rocco Dispirito that he posted in the Costco Connection magazine. He says: Like most meats, pork can get dry and tough if overcooked. He thinks people are so afraid of eating under cooked meat that they tend to compensate by cooking the life (along with the flavor and tenderness) right out of it. So follow his timing directions, then stop. Really!"

Phenomenal flavor with simple ingredients... my favorite kind of recipe. I REALLY can't stress how good the pork chops were, and the pan sauce is soooo good drizzled over the pork. I didn't use the red sorrel. I'm not going to lie, Teresa... I don't even know what it is. Made for B'Zazzled Tag here in the 'Zazz forums & What's on the Menu at FFF.

Easy, quick and yummy! After a long day this was a dream to make. Did add a wee bit of garlic powder to the gravy as I used SF beef broth. Thanks for sharing Teresa! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

My husband and I loved this easy pork chop recipe. I did cook it a little longer than the recipe suggests since I had rather large chops. It's so quick to put together and the gravy really makes it special. I added just a touch of salt to the pepper gravy. It's a keeper! Thank you!
