Step by Step Method
Step 1
Slather pork chops with dijon mustard and season with black pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano and sea salt.
Step 2
Heat oil in skillet
Step 3
Add chops to skillet and let cook for 8 minutes per side.(until done to your likes)

While chops are cooking
Step 5
Add bacon to wok and cook for about 5 minutes per side.
Step 6
When chops are halfway done, add mushrooms and shallots to wok and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Finally, add a white wine & spinach to wok and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 8
Stir occasionally and finish with lemon juice on top.
Step 9
Once chops are done, add mushroom sauce on top of meat and enjoy!
