Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds pork loin chops (bone-in)
  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoons fine sea salt
  • 4 ounces bacon
  • 8 ounces mushrooms ( baby bella mushrooms, sliced)
  • 1/4 cup shallots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 16 ounces baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Slather pork chops with dijon mustard and season with black pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano and sea salt.

  • Step 2: Heat oil in skillet

  • Step 3: Add chops to skillet and let cook for 8 minutes per side.(until done to your likes)

  • Step 4: While chops are cooking

  • Step 5: Add bacon to wok and cook for about 5 minutes per side.

  • Step 6: When chops are halfway done, add mushrooms and shallots to wok and cook for 2 minutes.

  • Step 7: Finally, add a white wine & spinach to wok and let simmer for another 5 minutes.

  • Step 8: Stir occasionally and finish with lemon juice on top.

  • Step 9: Once chops are done, add mushroom sauce on top of meat and enjoy!
