Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except soup and water with meat. Form into balls. Place balls in a casserole dish.
Step 2
Pour 1 can tomato soup over all. Rinse out can with 1/2 cup water.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
