  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 celery stalk (chopped fine)
  • Worcestershire sauce (dash)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, minced
  • 8 ounces dry rice (dry, 1/2 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 can (10 ounce) tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients except soup and water with meat. Form into balls. Place balls in a casserole dish.
