Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2

Spray Pam after you grease and flour 9x5 loaf pan.

Step 3

Mix the first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add vanilla, milk, eggs and oil.

Beat for 5 minutes with an electric mixer.

Step 5

Stir in the poppy seeds.

Step 6

Pour batter into loaf pans.

Step 7

Bake for 1 hour.

Step 8

Cool on wire racks.
