Add water and vinegar

Bring to a boil

Put toast in toaster

Drop eggs in water

Cook until whites are done(some people like theirs egg yolks hard but I like barely done yolks)

Heavily butter hot toast

Put on plate with edge

Take eggs out of pan with slotted spoon

But have a little water on eggs

And put on hot toast

Season to taste

Been using this method for years and my favorite way to eat eggs. My mom and my grandma always used those horrid metal cup type egg poachers, which always overcooked the yolks. Long live runny yolks!!!
