Ingredients
- 2 cups water,boiling
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 eggs
- 2 ounces white bread,(2 slices)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/32 teaspoons salt
- 1/32 teaspoons pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Add water and vinegar

Step 2: Bring to a boil

Step 3: Put toast in toaster

Step 4: Drop eggs in water

Step 5: Cook until whites are done(some people like theirs egg yolks hard but I like barely done yolks)

Step 6: Heavily butter hot toast

Step 7: Put on plate with edge

Step 8: Take eggs out of pan with slotted spoon

Step 9: But have a little water on eggs

Step 10: And put on hot toast

Step 11: Season to taste
