Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix beef pork onion and seasoning to taste.

Step 2

Place in a buttered casserole.

Step 3

Pour catsup over the top.

Step 4

Place lemons over the top.

Step 5

Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes, or until done.

Easy and yummy! I added a tablespoon of potato fibre to the mix to bind the juices a bit, and since my lemon was organic, I thought I might as well grate the peel and put it into the loaf, too. I love that it is so easy to put together, and for two people, you have leftovers to freeze for a convenience meal on a busy day. Thanks for posting! Made for FYC game.
