Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut the pork into strips 2 inches long. Combine marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and put pork in. Set aside while preparing other ingredients.
Step 2
Heat wok over high heat until almost smoking. Cook garlic 15 seconds
Step 3
Add pork and stir fry 3 minutes
Step 4
Add coriander, soy sauce, sugar and pineapple, cook three minutes
