The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oil (peanut oil)
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 3 tablespoons coriander, chopped (fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 8 ounces pineapple, fresh (or tinned)
  • FOR MARINADE
  • 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the pork into strips 2 inches long. Combine marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and put pork in. Set aside while preparing other ingredients.

  • Step 2: Heat wok over high heat until almost smoking. Cook garlic 15 seconds

  • Step 3: Add pork and stir fry 3 minutes

  • Step 4: Add coriander, soy sauce, sugar and pineapple, cook three minutes
