Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F
Step 2
Place bottom pie crust in to 9 inch pie pan. Set aside
Step 3
Beat eggs lightly. Add water, lemon juice & butter; blend.
Step 4
Add sugar, flour & salt; beat until smooth.
Step 5
Mix in pineapple.
Step 6
Pour mixture into unbaked bottom crust. Cover with a lattice top.
Step 7
Bake in pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes
