Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F
Step 2: Place bottom pie crust in to 9 inch pie pan. Set aside
Step 3: Beat eggs lightly. Add water, lemon juice & butter; blend.
Step 4: Add sugar, flour & salt; beat until smooth.
Step 5: Mix in pineapple.
Step 6: Pour mixture into unbaked bottom crust. Cover with a lattice top.
Step 7: Bake in pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes
