Step by Step Method

Step 1

Layer 1/3 of graham cracker crumbs in bottom of a greased 1½ quart baking dish.

Step 2

Add half the pineapple.

Step 3

Mix together sugar thru cinnamon and sprinkle half over pineapple.

Step 4

Repeat crumb and pineapple layers and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.

Step 5

Dot with butter.

Step 6

Bake at 400°F approximately 30 minutes until the top is brown and crusty.

Step 7

Serve hot or cold (top with whipped cream, if desired).
