Step 1: Layer 1/3 of graham cracker crumbs in bottom of a greased 1½ quart baking dish.
Step 2: Add half the pineapple.
Step 3: Mix together sugar thru cinnamon and sprinkle half over pineapple.
Step 4: Repeat crumb and pineapple layers and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
Step 5: Dot with butter.
Step 6: Bake at 400°F approximately 30 minutes until the top is brown and crusty.
Step 7: Serve hot or cold (top with whipped cream, if desired).
