Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a blender add pimentos and tomato paste and puree and then add remaining ingredients (-salt), pulsing until blended. Correct seasoning, place in covered container and refrigerate.

Step 2

Use as a veggie dip but would also be great as a spread for sandwiches.

Okay I admit I didn't wait for it to chill in the refrigerator. But I'm sure it'll be good. We had it as soon as I blended it all up. I didn't add any hot sauce. This would be good for a number of things. My husband dipped his chicken legs in it, while I just stuck with the broccoli. I'm really glad I tried this one. Thanks for posting.
