Step by Step Method
Step 1
Thaw the peas in a large bowl, then drain off any excess liquid.
Step 2
Add the onion, pimento, cooked bacon, chopped eggs.
Step 3
Mix dressing ingredients: mayonnaise sugar, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Blend all to combine.
Step 5
Add to salad, but be gentle so you don’t smash the peas.
Step 6
Refrigerate until serving.
