Step 1: Thaw the peas in a large bowl, then drain off any excess liquid.
Step 2: Add the onion, pimento, cooked bacon, chopped eggs.
Step 3: Mix dressing ingredients: mayonnaise sugar, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Blend all to combine.
Step 5: Add to salad, but be gentle so you don’t smash the peas.
Step 6: Refrigerate until serving.
