Step by Step Method

Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

In large bowl

Combine first 4 ingredients, blend well.

Stir in whisked together

Flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt, blend well.
Step 6
Shape dough into 1 inch balls.
Step 7
Combine 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon

Roll balls in sugar mixture.
Step 9
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 10
Bake at 400°F for 8 - 10 minutes or until set.
Step 11
Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
