"Can use wheat penne pasta and add cut in half cherry tomatoes or just more tomatoes. As always season to taste. This recipe is a variation from Southern Living and would be good with chicken or fish dishes. But this one is vegan and pretty hardy by itself."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook the pasta until al dente in heavily salted boiling water.
Step 2
Drain.
Step 3
Meanwhile, make dressing and shake together.
Step 4
Add dressing to hot pasta.
Step 5
Add green beans and tomatoes.
Step 6
Chill overnight or until cold.
Step 7
Just before serving, add parsley and season to taste.
Step 8
Toss.
