  • 6 cups water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Dressing
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 French shallot, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper, to taste
  • Salad
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 12 ounces frozen green beans

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the pasta until al dente in heavily salted boiling water.

  • Step 2: Drain.

  • Step 3: Meanwhile, make dressing and shake together.

  • Step 6: Chill overnight or until cold.
