"This super simple brownie recipe has NO chocolate in it! And unlike the only other similar recipe on this site, this one starts with a yellow cake mix, making it so much easier. This tastes just like pecan pie!"

We enjoyed these "brownies" which are wonderful and do remind me of the pecan pie my aunt used to make for the holidays. I only used vanilla and skipped the almond extract but otherwise made as directed. Served with cool whip, just as we did with my aunt's pecan pie! Thanks for sharing!
