Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Step 2
Combine flour, salt and peanuts. Set aside.
Step 3
Beat eggs. Add sugar and mix well. Add peanut mixture to egg mixture.
Step 4
Mix in vanilla extract.
Step 5
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Cool on rack.
