"These are one of my all time favorite cookies and they are loved by everyone. I love making these for my Christmas trays to give to family and friends during the holidays. There is nothing better than peanut butter and chocolate in my book!"

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Cream together peanut butter, butter, sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
Step 3
Add egg and vanilla, and beat together.
Step 4
Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.
Step 5
Slowly add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, beating until incorporated.
Step 6
Roll into 24 (1 inch balls), and place on cookie sheet several inches apart.
Step 7
Gently make an indentation in the center of each cookie.
Step 8
Bake 12-14 minutes.
Step 9
Place a Hershey Kiss in the center of each cookie right after taking them out of the oven.
